Painted edges. Pigments and Oil, and Oil Ink sticks on canvas. Gallery Wrapped, with painted sides. It has thick layered glaze on the canvas to look like water droplets dripping on water. It's hard to photograph with glaze. Painted Jan 2024 . I incorporated the Sherwin Williams Color of the Year ‘Upward.’

This is one in my series of emotionally charged coastal abstract artworks. I used saturated vibrant colors and powerful brush strokes, as I do in all my paintings, in order to create a lasting visual impression. I infuse my art, in the Daoist tradition, with positive intention behind the painting.

Materials:
Professional paints and canvas. Finished with a glaze of UV varnish to protect against sunlight and dust damage.
