This is the first in my new series of emotionally charged abstract artworks: 2023 “Shadow Series’ paintings. This one expresses the shadow from below the surface of the ocean as a wave turns on itself.

I used saturated vibrant colors and powerful brush strokes, as I do in all my paintings, in order to create a lasting visual impression.

Materials:
Professional acrylic paints and canvas. Finished with a glaze of UV varnish to protect against sunlight and dust damage.
